Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfy with high-quality fittings and a great view. Everything was super clean, well laid out, and had quality amenities, including very comfortable pajamas and two types of pillows. The service was friendly and wonderful, although they forgot to wash our cups. The location was fenomenal, surrounded by excellent shopping and restaurants, and very well connected via the metro to the rest of the city. The dining experience was good, alternating between Japanese and Western options. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fresh, good-sized, and equipped with a mobile phone with free unlimited data to use around the city. They even had one room with a bathtub which was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near Ginza and Shimbashi, surrounded by excellent shopping and dining options. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made me feel at home. The only downside was the dining experience as the breakfast wasn't worth the extra cost.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, well laid out, and had quality amenities, including very comfortable pajamas and two types of pillows to choose from. The view from the room was fantastic, too. However, the location was right next to an expressway, which might not suit everyone.
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms with a great shower and bathroom, although they could have been bigger to comfortably accommodate larger suitcases. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even offering to cook complimentary noodles. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Shimbashi Station and within easy reach of popular areas like Ginza. The dining experience is enjoyable, with delicious meals delivered in beautiful wooden boxes. Overall, a great value for money option in Tokyo.
The hotel is located in the bustling Ginza shopping district, just a few steps away from Shimbashi Station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-equipped with quality amenities. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. However, the dining options may not cater well to non-Japanese preferences. Overall, a great value for the prime location and excellent service.
