fantastic stay in ginza!

central locationsnack availabilityfriendly staffexcellent breakfast
the location was fantastic as it was close to major shopping areas and transportation. the complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day were a real treat and added convenience. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with all my requests. the breakfast, delivered to my door, was a lovely gesture and a great way to start the day.
The lobby area felt a bit small. I would have loved a more spacious area to relax.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, a detail i always appreciate.
The room cleaning wasn't up to par, even after i mentioned it (i hate to complain, but i had to). i also noticed a water leak from the ac unit. They just wiped it, instead of fixing the source. it.
